I think it was early last year. After work, had my dinner, showered, and discovered that there isn't much to do. So I guess its time to play with my camera before either one of us rot. haha.
And the outcome was this.

cloudet: thanks. It's not hard.
1. Set your camera on a tripod because we gonna need long exposure.
2. use Manual mode with say about 10 seconds.
3. get a torch or any source of light you have (not too bright otherwise it will be over exposed).
4. once you have press your shutter you can start to shine the lights and wave it around however you want. Try not to shine directly into the camera as it might overexpose your shots.

What Aperture u use?
Charles: sounds interesting..u guys actually create a fansee club for your friend wendy?
aperture doesn't really matter here as the flowing light is captured by the long exposure (slow shutter speed). However, aperture is only needed if you want to control your depth-of-field otherwise you can keep the aperture from f3.5 to f8. Its really up to your preference.
